How to Submit Images for Competitions

Competition images are uploaded directly into the competition page on this website. Per competition rules:

5.1 The digital image file submission format is as follows:

·       All digital images must be submitted as jpeg files with a file extension of .jpg.

·       The maximum file size is 4mb, and the maximum dimension on the longest edge should be no more than 6000 pixels.

Images should be in the JPEG format and in the sRGB color space. For color accuracy, you should calibrate your monitor. The club owns a calibration program that you can borrow.

You do not need to re-name your files prior to uploading them as you will title your images during the upload process.

Images cannot have watermarks. Any image with a watermark will be disqualified from competition.
