How to Submit Images for Competitions

Competition images are uploaded directly into the competition page on this website. Image file size should be less than 8MB, with the dimension on the longest edge greater than 2000 pixels, but no more than 4000 pixels.

Images should be in the JPEG format and in the sRGB color space. For color accuracy, you should calibrate your monitor. The club owns a calibration program that you can borrow.

You do not need to re-name your files prior to uploading them as you will title your images during the upload process.

Images cannot have watermarks. Any image with a watermark will be disqualified from competition.
